1. Where all does Kinghorn deliver?
Presently, we deliver our products only in Hyderabad & Secunderabad.

2. From where are the items bought?
In our efforts to maintain high quality standards, we, at Kinghorn's have our own production facilities. Our production unit is amongst one of the oldest in the bakery business in India.

3. What are your delivery timings?
Currently, we are accepting Internet Orders 12 hours in advance as per Indian Standard Time. Our Delivery Timings are between 10:00 am (IST) to 10:00 pm (IST).

4. Is there an extra delivery charge?
We do not charge any additional amount to deliver within our demarcated delivery zones / area. If your delivery destination does not fall in our delivery zones / Area, we may still try to deliver the order with an added delivery charge of Rs 20/ in adjoining areas of our delivery zones. We reserve the rights to deliver an order and cancel it, if the destination is far off our zones/Area.

5. What is the minimum acceptable Order Value?
We accept an Order of a minimum value of Rs 100/-.

6. What are the credit cards that you facilitate for online transactions?
For ordering online, you can use any of

7. Can I phone in my order?
We do accept Orders via Phone, but in that case the Payment option is Cash on Delivery.
